Oh yea, I am horrible about forgetting to take any of my shots once a week.
The daily medication is much easiesr because its the first thing I do in the morning, but the once a week kills me. And I’ve been doing it for 3 years!

normal people just don’t understand how valuable good sleep is to someone with RA we’re either in pain and not able to sleep, or we finally get to sleep and they wake us up!! lol

I had an uncle who died of aids. His birthday was December 1st, so its a day thats very important to me. Thanks for the post.
